Finding Grapes in Tower of Fantasy: A Foraging Guide

Grapes are one of the trickier ingredients to locate in Tower of Fantasy. But they‘re also one of the most useful, since grapes are a key component for recipes like Fruit Punch and Apple Cake. These tasty dishes provide great buffs like extra healing and increased damage, making them well worth the effort to craft.

In this guide, we‘ll go over all the major grapes locations in Tower of Fantasy and the best farming routes. With the right strategies, you‘ll have plenty of grapes for crafting recipes in no time!

Why Are Grapes So Important in Tower of Fantasy?

Before jumping into the grape hunting tips, it‘s helpful to understand why grapes are so prized in the first place.

Unlike common ingredients like lettuce or onions, grapes cannot be purchased from any vendor in the game. The only way to get them is as drops from specific enemies. Even then, the drop rates for grapes are quite low compared to other materials.

However, grapes are required ingredients for two valuable recipes:

Fruit Punch – Restores 20 satiety and 302 HP over 10 seconds
Apple Cake – Increases damage by 15% for 900 seconds

As you can see, both dishes provide excellent buffs. Fruit Punch grants gradual healing, which is perfect for exploring or tough fights. Apple Cake substantially increases damage output for a whopping 15 minutes!

So it‘s easy to see why grapes are so coveted. Let‘s look at where and how to find them.

Grape Locations and Farming Guide

Grapes only drop from a single enemy type in Tower of Fantasy – the aptly named Ravagers. There are a few sub-types like Ravager Assaulters or Armored Ravagers, but they all have a small chance to drop grapes when defeated.

The two best locations to farm grapes from Ravagers are:

  1. South of Ring Arena in Artificial Island

This pathway just south of the Ring Arena is a prime grapes farming route. There are dozens of normal Ravagers along the road that leads down to Simple Pier. With some luck, an hour or two of defeats here should net you a good grape haul.

Be aware that the Ravagers respawn quickly, so you‘ll need to keep moving and occasionally revisit spots. Bring your highest DPS weapon to take them down efficiently. I‘d recommend a powerful flame type like King‘s Scorcher to burn through their HP bars faster.

  1. Raincaller Island

The beaches of Raincaller Island are home to even more Ravagers ripe for grape farming. There are two solid sections to focus on:

  • West beach of Raincaller – Lots of Elite Ravagers spawn here, with better grape drop rates.

  • South across the bay from Warren Snowfield – Decent density of normal Ravagers along the shore.

Raincaller can be more challenging thanks to the Elites, so go prepared with healing items/food. But the grape yields are noticeably better here versus Artificial Island.

Other Tips for Grape Farming Success

Here are some other useful tips to speed up the grape foraging process:

  • Play in co-op mode – Having 1-2 other players defeats enemies faster. More grapes for everyone!

  • Upgrade your Exploration level – Higher grades boost material drop rates from enemies.

  • Cook food with the "Keen Sight" effect – These temporarily increase your Exploration grade.

  • Check Trading Post regularly – Sometimes grapes appear for Gold Nuclei.

  • Use weapons with AoE damage – Claymores or Polar Star Bow hit multiple Ravagers at once.

  • Don‘t ignore standard Ravagers – Even the weak ones can rarely drop grapes.

With the right strategies and patience, you‘ll collect bushels of juicy grapes for your recipes. Now get out there and start foraging, Wanderer!
